A real-time account of life among the Earthlings…

No News is Good News…

So much time passing right by, and so little happening. We are in limbo right now with just about every aspect of our life. We will be going for try #2 at having a baby soon so wish us luck with that. With a little bit of luck, we may find ourselves new parents. Wouldn’t that be grand?

Heidi and I have started a new diet program. Man, do I ever hate diets. But, it’s all worth it in the long run, right? Problem is I usually don’t have enough gusto to make it to the long run. This time it is a regular old fashioned diet. You know, one with exercise included. I know, I know, in this day in age you should be doing one of those trendy diets where you can loose 90 lbs in 2 minutes, etc. But, I tried one of those, and while it did work, it didn’t help me keep it off. So, I am trying the old tried and true “Eat Less and Exercise More” diet.

Speaking of exercise, did I mention that Paintball Games rock? If you haven’t tried this sport out, you must! Just like snowboarding, you are exercising and you don’t even know it (till the day after). So, my guns are performing well. The older gun I have is doing fine now and I don’t think I will have any issues in the future. The new gun isn’t doing as well, but thank god I have a warranty. Actually, after I fixed the cocking knob this last run, I bet it will be fine from here out. Unfortunately, I don’t have the money to play Paintball anytime soon… Ugh… Gotta save up for snow season, ya know!

Business is doing ok. * is still getting a nice flow of sales. Nothing close to make a living off of, but it is moving at least and paying the bills. I am in the middle of a redesign right now, so that is taking up most of my time. All I can say is if you ever design a web store, don’t use SMC Technologies’ cart. There’s a few things they don’t disclose in the beginning and they don’t offer refunds. Once I get the new cart designed, it will be time to try my hand at some face to face sales here in town. See if that will bring me enough business.

All for now.
