Being the day it is, I must express how sad I am for all the families and people who still feel this horrible tragedy so close to their home and heart. The pain and sadness I personally feel as an American must only be a fraction. I spent much of the day watching the stories and being brought to tears many times by the horrible visions which still seem so unreal. It’s hard to believe that this can happen to our country. I can only offer my support and condolences on the anniversary of that terrible day. But, I want to remind everyone that it has brought us closer, and people around the world grieve with us. It was amazing to see some of the demonstrations of support from our friends abroad. It gives a little light for us all on this day…
