Here We Go!
by Slack, on March 12th, 2004
Well, the big news around here is Rhys is slated to go home for good on Monday or Tuesday!!! Talk about exciting/scary! He will be going home on oxygen which we are not so happy about, but it’s a small thing. We just found out today right before going to the reception for the funeral for my tita… Talk about mixed emotions…
Anyway, time to move on, and get on with our next chapter of life. I hope to see a new trend form for the years to come. One that might make us smile and laugh. :) We need some good things in our life right now. Rhys coming home is a beautiful start!!!
Oh, and tomorrow is my quit day!!! Yay!!! I should be good and crabby by this time next week!! hehehe
CONGRATULATIONS!
::::: Wild Cheering from Kera & Kyle & John too! :::::

xoxoxo
Thanks guys! We’re very excitied. :)
What good news! At last you can settle in at home and not have all those trips to the hospital
so sorry to read about your Auntie, Allen …and very happy to read about Rhys coming home next week…know every moment with him will be extra special because of this rough beginning…assume quit means smoking so shall remind you during the process to feed your body with high quality fruits and veggies and you will do better…you can do it..I quit years ago when son David looked at me sadly after seeing a film of a black lung…what I could not seem to do for myself, I could do for my children…thankful God gave them to me as a motivator until I learned the truth about His great love and perfect plan for my life..surely did not include self destructive habits but I did not know that then…besides He says to call on Him when we are in need so I will pray you enjoy the extra blessing of finding out He means it when He says He will help you when you call…looking to hear that you made it with no grumpies and only praise for the grace God pours out upon you during this special time…love you much in Jesus judie
Ewww… Fruits… Yuck! ;)
Great News about your life changing with Rhys coming home, feedings, dirty diapers, crying at night when you are so sleepy, smiles, gurgles, fingers gripping yours, spit up, all those good things that prove you have a baby in the house!!
Sorry I can’t be at your shower, you know I would love to be there, but you will have to do with my girls :) Our gift for you and Rhys will come in the mail….unless I wait until we come for Cyn and Drew’s new house move…then I could perhaps see Rhys too (HINT)
Enjoy these last couple of nights of full sleep and then truly enjoy the time with Rhys when he wakes at night. He will be so precious!! I think those times in the early morning hours with the girls was the most wonderful when they were tiny, they are so warm and cuddely. It’s great, you will find it precious too I am sure.
Love,
Pat
This will be the best time of your life!
Enjoy every minute, they grow up way too fast!!!
