Back to .NET!
by Slack, on August 1st, 2007
The last couple weeks I’ve been entrenched in the PHP side of the house. I say that like it’s a bad thing, but it really isn’t. It was nice getting back to some familiar ground. I’ve always loved PHP, and I still do. I wish it were more popular.
I was tasked with working on a small project for Heidi and I finally reached a point where it’s “done”. At least more “done” than most projects I work on. It’s actually a pretty satisfying feeling, finishing something. It’s been awhile.
With that under my belt, it’s time to get back to .NET for awhile before everything I’ve learned seeps out my left ear. I’m working on getting a billing system done for House Trevethan so that I can better billing my clients. Right now, I just use PayPal buttons. It works, but it’s hardly an efficient method and it certainly isn’t “cool”!
So, off to work on that for a few days at least, and then it’s back to the PHP side of the house again to develop another of my web property ideas.
ok, ok,son, what is Heidi’s site??? LOL
I can’t say! I’m bound to a strict code of silence till she populates it a bit more. You should bug her about it, because I want to tell people about it! :)
