So I’ve got the creeping crud. Yay me! I’ve had it for some time now, but it looks like it’s gonna peak just in time for the weekend. As per the Fates usual SOP, I’ll be all better by Monday I’m sure. ;)

Everyone in this town is getting sick! Now that Heidi works at the school, and with Rhys attending school, I’m sure this is just a harbinger of things to come. Also, my job often requires me to go to the local schools here too. I had to go yesterday, and I just happened to arrive when all the kids were being let out. I opened the doors and it was like a torrent of midgets pouring over me like the circus bus just pulled in up front. I love kids, but I was in no mood. I had to stop and reflect on how Rhys is going to do in an environment like this when he’s older. Hopefully he will have learned to control his OCDs a bit more by the time he is shipped off to big boy school.

Speaking of Rhys, I’m fairly certain I got the creeping crud from him. He has had some pretty bad asthma attacks lately — involving foamy vomit and what not. We figured he was either rabid of very sick. The doctor confirmed our suspicions and let us know he has a sinus infection. I’m guessing I have the same since I am routinely snorting out what looks like gelatin infused with half digested hamburger. It doesn’t taste much better either.

With that I will sign off, and get back to “work”… Ugh…
