The Thought Dumpster
by Slack, on March 11th, 2006
Announcing Slack’s Thought Dumpster! (insert much fanfare here) Yes, gang, boredom sunk it’s slimey hands into me today. It was helped along by the fact that I’ve quit smoking… Ugh. Need a new outlet. So I decided to try my hand at some web dev. I’ve discovered that I totally suck! Man! Talk about rusty. Anyway, out of the ashes rises the Internet Thought Dumpster (click here or the link in the Navigation panel). So, jump in and check out the random thoughts. Become a contributor! I know you have some useless crap in that head of yours! Just dump it out to the dumpster and free up that much needed mental hard drive space!
Oh… And wish me luck on the not smoking thing. :)
Dumpster Improvement Idea: A row of radio buttons at the bottom numbered 1 to 10 for rating the current thought. A click on a radio button logs a vote in the DB for that thought, and refreshes the page. Then you can have another page with the top 20 thoughts listed.

Am happy that you’re trying to quit smoking again, Hon. You can do it!!
